Warranty Coverage

Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If a dental instrument proves to be defective due to faulty materials or craftsmanship, Y.Z Corporation will repair or replace the instrument at no charge, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the instrument. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

2. Normal Use: The warranty covers instruments that have been used and maintained according to the guidelines provided by Y.Z Corporation. Instruments that have been misused, abused, altered, or improperly maintained are not covered.

3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

4. Inspection and Verification: Y.Z Corporation reserves the right to inspect the instrument and verify the defect before providing repair or replacement.

We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide a hassle-free return process.

Return Conditions

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the instrument must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned instrument, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
